Supplied in a pack of 15 sachets, each to be mixed with 500ml of water, TORQ Hydration has an advanced formulation. It makes use of the passive and facilitated transport pathways to optimise fluid and electrolyte delivery to the body. 

With a low carbohydrate content, these sachets are perfect for high-intensity sessions, indoors and out, of less than one hour, or can be used as part of a TORQ fuelling strategy for longer workouts and events. The flavours are all light and refreshing for easy consumption.
