The CeramicSpeed BB86 Bottom Bracket is the premium upgrade for any BB86 press-fit frameset. CeramicSpeed grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls deliver markedly lower rolling friction than the standard steel bearings they replace - and they keep running smoothly for far longer. For road riders chasing efficiency on top-tier framesets, it is a small change that compounds across every ride.

Construction & Materials
Each cup is precision machined from high-grade aluminium to the tight tolerances the BB86 standard demands, then hand-assembled with CeramicSpeed's signature grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls. Coated bearing options gain an additional 60% bearing life and a further 50% reduction in friction through CeramicSpeed's metallic surface treatment.

Compatibility
Fits any frameset with a BB86 press-fit shell - 41mm bore, 86.5mm shell width. Three spindle-compatibility options cover the major road crankset standards: Shimano Hollowtech II (24mm coated), SRAM DUB (28.99mm) and Campagnolo Ultra-Torque (25mm). Select the variant that matches your existing crankset. GXP cranks are not compatible with BB86 framesets.
