The Teammachine ALR TWO Disc Road Bike consists of a high-quality aluminium frame from BMC built up with Shimano’s ever-reliable 11-speed 105 groupset that together provide an excellent introduction into the world of road riding.

Similar to the SLR carbon bikes, the aluminium frame of the ALR has been developed specifically to provide a curated blend of compliance and speed using size-specific butted tubing so that every ride benefits from the same experience. This means that tiring vibrations from the road are reduced without reducing the drivetrain’s responsiveness and efficiency, allowing the bike to be ridden quickly in comfort all day. The fork is made from ACE carbon to reduce weight, improve handling and further add to the front end’s compliance whilst the D-shaped carbon seatpost helps at the rear.

With a wide range of ratios available from the combination of an 11-32t cassette and 50/34t chainset, Shimano’s 105 groupset is perfect for riders who want to ride everything from alpine cols to fast chaingangs. Shifting via the STI levers is crisp and light whilst the hydraulic disc brakes ensure that descents are enjoyable and easily controlled, whether conditions are wet or dry.
