The ALDHU and Shimano 9100/8000 Q Inner Chainring 110BCD is constructed from lightweight 7075 alunminium and is incredibly strong, and the setup provides the ability to fine-tune your pedalling performance. The combination of oval chainrings and spider allow adjustments in 1-degree increments so you can optimise your pedalling biomechanics. The 12.5% ovality ensures improved performance over other oval chainrings when the OCP (Optimal Chainring Position) is configured and power transfer is maximised at the ideal point of the pedal stroke. The meticulously crafted construction of all ALDHU compatible components ensures an extremely rigid setup and a stiffness to weight ratio that will cope with even the toughest rides. Shimano 4-bolt crank compatibility increases this chainrings versatility and will result in an OCP 3 setting suited to most road riders. **Please note:** Spider not included.
