All CeramicSpeed bearings are hand-built in Denmark. Super smooth grade 3 Silicon Nitride balls are matched within microns to hardened steel raceways that feature an ultra-smooth polished groove. The balls are held securely by a reinforced polyamide cage.

Optimised Lubrication and Sealing

Each bearing is optimised with low-viscosity CeramicSpeed “Blue Grease” to reduce friction and extend bearing life. Non-contact seals keep dirt and moisture out, ensuring reliable performance.

During the assembly process, each bearing is checked by hand four times to ensure perfect matching and quality.
